Far too much time reuiqred between posts, particulalry when you are offering updates of a bout. I know what the intent is, but 30 sec's? How about 15 ?

Why not just use the edit button?
We can change it to whatever time is more suitable for this environment. You can understand that the reason for the time delay is because of spamming, which shouldn't be much of an issue on this board.
