Using attachments in new threads

The extra step of adding attachments to a thread (uploading a related picture or file) help make the front page more cosmetically appealing.

While not all threads are expected to have these I'd recommend trying it out a few times to see how it works. If you check out the front page of TWT and view (or expand) this topic, you will see how the system works.

I will be moving the "Attach File" portion of the Additional options up by the tagging feature. (another feature we'd like to see be used more. )
