NYGriffin made a bunch a really well written posts in another about Margaret Sanger and Eugenics.
Appearantly she was a believer in Eugenics and it is definitely effects here legacy, but Planned Parenthood today does nothing of the sort.

I know nothing about Margaret Sanger, nor will I try to act like I do, but I suspect that her reign over PP was during the days of the Eugenics movement, which was a popular movement among MANY in society, professional and lay person's alike. It wasn't unlikely to find a lot of people who supported it then, as evidenced by how institutionalized it was.
It isn't the first time that masses of people have grasped onto absurd ideas and treated them as "fact." We're probably doing that more today than any other time in recent memory.
UNI Panthers...Because it's just right.

I'm not sure what you mean here. If you are saying that planned parenthood was not formed with the intentions we provided proof of, then what are you saying? This stuff is absurd, I'll agree with you there. But the more absurd thing is that not only is our government funding it, they have convinced the very people that they want to wipe out to voluntarily kill off their own race. It's kind of like Hitler convincing the Jews to voluntarily hop into those human ovens. Liberals across the country support this and it is the conservatives that are labeled racist. Absurd indeed.

Granted, I don't know all that there is to know about these issues, but I have a fairly good grasp of the eugenics movements, both here and abroad, but in all of my readings I have NEVER come upon any of these comments made by a few people within PP.
Am I just being ignorant here of something that "everyone knows," or is this not so common knowledge?
ODH,
I've made one other post before since my ban, but I have ZERO plans of doing any debating on these forums AT ALL! I have more fun banging my head against the wall.

I have known about this link for about 20 years. With most of my friends this is common knowledge. But thats why we are here: to learn something new right?
There are many things in this world that have a great sounding name that really hide a dark agenda.

Watch the video I posted. The Eugenics movement backed those things then changed the name. The social PR might sound "different" but the intention is the same "control the population".

Ban, like kr said, this stuff is not common knowledge. Common knowledge would suggest that most people know about it. I am giving people the benefit of doubt by assuming they don't know this stuff because if they did then they are sick people for supporting it. PP and the media have done a masterful job at hiding the truth. But, don't let the info kr or I posted convince you of anything. Do your own research. There are literally hundreds of websites that will tell you the same thing. Go to the library. Do whatever you feel you need to do. Just please don't let the facts get clouded in your preconceived notions.
Trust me, I called out kr and Payton about 6 or 7 months ago. I called them conspiracy theorists and wackos and anything else I could think of. Then Payton challenged me to do my own research. I forget the subject, but I do remember that he provided me nothing. Just made me do research on my own. I found that he and kr were right. I had to humble myself and admit it. If your research leads you to the conclusion that PP is a racist and horrible organization then don't be afraid to admit it. Just please pass on the info to others who still support this organization. If your research leads you to believe that it is a good organization, that's okay too. Just make sure it is fact leading you there and not opinion.

I am glad for you quinn. It takes a big being to search for the truth. It takes a BIGGER being to admit one was wrong on these matters. BUT I take no solace in being right. That is NEVER the point. I only cherish the thought in helping a person see what is hidden & let them become more causative more responsible. In this way you reclaim your own determinism & not under the influence of a hidden hand. Well done my friend!
and keep digging. There are more rabbit holes, goldmines of truth & wisdom to be discovered.
