This case has been on ongoing case for several years here in Iowa.
Trust me, there's MUCH more to it than what you presented here, including the statistical likelihood of over 6,000 minorities being passed over for jobs and promotions since 2003 being a virtual impossibility. In this time period, NOT ONE of the over 6,000 was hired or promoted. I can't recall the exact number (the article is in my office), but it was something to the tune of a one in so many odd millions or billions of chances of this happening. In other words, it couldn't happen.
In fact, this is the first that I've heard of what you have presented here. Implicit bias tests of discrimination are not new to this case.
