    I am just curious and like to read responses to questions like this. So, who is your favorite athlete in the sports of wrestling (any style), baseball, basketball, football and hockey?

    Mine are:

    3. Larry Bird

    2. Ken Griffey Jr (he was my favorite as a kid anyway, don't really follow baseball anymore)

    4. Barry Sanders and Darrell Green (I'm a Skins fan)

    Wow, Tim Duncan? I went to Wake Forest and I still can't put him in my top 5 NBA players, he's so dull for being the best power forward in league history.

    Talk about strange-I lived in indianapolis when the big O was KING and had forgotten he existed .

    You don't have to puff your chest out and be a big showboat to be great. He's not called the "Big Fundamental" for nothing. I could watch him bank that 15 footer all day.

    Wrestling - my daughter, then Chris Taylor and Bruce Baumgardner
    Football - Walter Payton, Merlin Olsen, Ray Nitschke
    Baseball - Jim Abbott, Yogi Barra
    Hockey - Bobby Orr
    Basketball - not really a fan, but if I have to chose a favorite, Pistol Pete Maravich

    R.I.P. Cyrano and Roxanne.
