We tap our Maple trees in the late winter and make our own syrup. I expand by buying two new taps every year.

This year I bought a pan to boil the sap in over an outdoor fire.
Candy thermometer tells you when the sap has been boiled down to syrup.

We'll be getting some stray balls, but mostly on the bounce from the cart path. I'll probably take some lessons and eventually improve enough to be a horrible golfer like you.

Other than miscellaneous crap this is my last real purchase. I had both of my older saws stolen so picked this one up so I can get an early start cutting wood for this winter. Instead of doing what I usually do and wait until the snow is thigh deep in the mountains.
