Yep, things removed from rectums (emergency rooms, not jails). The gerbil was later found to be apocryphal. The jeweler's saws all came from the same guy, but in two separate incidents. The frozen pig's tail became irretrievable when it thawed.
At the prison where I work we had a young lady insert a 6 inch hair comb in her rectum (her voices kept telling her to hurt herself). It required surgical removal. Considering what a bloody mess that made, I cannot imagine a 5 X 6, 22 oz tool box or the u-trap from a sink.
