Re: RIP Michael Crichton I didn't hear that he passed away. That's too bad as he was an excellent author. I liked The Andromeda Strain and The Terminal Man the best. Keep meaning to read Jurassic Park but afraid that I will compare. What happened anyway?
Re: RIP Michael Crichton cancer, Jurassic Park is great, the movie actually did a good job, but not nearly as good as the book. His commentary about the earth's ability to take care of herself was brilliant in the book.

I heard he was working on a book that was to be completed this year along the same lines as J.P. I wonder if/when they will still release it.

It's the one show that I just don't miss.
