Very good list Buckeye. I think both Diaz brothers are entertaining, because they always get beat up, but end up hitting 1 of 20 crazy submissions.

Jacob Schlottke---Gone too soon, and the world is a little less bright because of it. RIP, brother.
One, two, Evans is coming for you...
Oh, Chris Leben has to be way up there too. I guess I haven't seen enough Gurgel fights, he seems boring (and horrible) the fights I've seen him.

Aside from those already mentioned, Miguel Torres is usually pretty exciting to watch as well as Wagnney Fabiano.
I also enjoy watching Jim Miller, since he is is pretty well rounded in terms of striking, takedowns, and submissions.

I'll give a vote for Gerald Harris, not only does he like to slam people, but he has a susceptible chin, so as a fan of his I am always on the edge of my seat hoping he doesn't get caught flush.
Spencer Fisher.

Mirko, Robert Lawler & Aaron Riley. Used to love Sakuraba's entrances. Some were hilarious, some were baffling, but they were always incredibly entertaining.
I heart Jazzy B. White.
