    Default Ufc 78

Ok so Tito/Rashad II wasn't the most attractive main event, but they have scrapped Tito for BISPING!!!!! This isn't even on a rumor site, its the UFC site who posted it. I hope it's not the main event. The card has some decent fights but not a real headliner

    Karo Parisyan vs Hector Lombard
    Frankie Edgar vs Spencer Fisher
    Ed Herman vs David Terrell
    Akihiro Gono vs Tamdan McCrory
    Joe Lauzon vs Jason Reinhardt
He let himself down, for what...a woman. I say, go be a world champion let the women come to you......Tito Ortiz

From mmajunkie saying the same thing. Thats interesting, I've heard Tito has been playing hardball, so I guess they're either giving up on him, or just figuring they won't have him signed by then.

Either way it'll be interesting to see Rashad v. Bisping, TUF boys against each other, and with TUF guys knocking off Shogun and Chuck in that same division I think they'll promote it. Plus people will want to see Bisping lose.

They might as well just give Edgar and Fisher the Fight of the Night bonus now. That fight is going to be fantastic.

Houston Alexander v. Thiago Silva is now on the card. Always fun to see Houston.

He is a really fun fighter to watch. Maybe if he gets a convincing win with this fight, he can be given a big-name matchup. (Besides Jardine, where he already proved himself.)

After the bisping/hamell joke I would think that Dana wants to throw Bisping to the wolves. I don't give him a snowballs chance................... and besides seeing bisping get his lunch fed it would be great to see karo get beat to a bloody pile.

Due to Lombard being unable to get a visa, Karo is now going to fight Chonan. Alves who was supposed to fight Chonan is still on the card, he's fighting Chris Lytle.
