    I would say:
    GSP vs Penn 2
    Brock Lesnar vs Shane Carwin
    Liddell vs. Ortiz 2
    Dan Henderson vs Michael Bisping
    Fedor vs Sylvi

    Hughes vs GSP 2
    Liddell vs Ortiz 2

    Uriah Faber vs Jose Aldo
    GSP vs Jon Fitch 2 (I honestly think Fitch can win)
    GSP vs Nick Diaz
    Anderson Silva vs Jon Jones

    Sorry read this wrong. The ones that happened that I wanted to see most were:

    Couture vs Liddell 3
    Penn vs GSP 2
    Hughes vs Gracie

    Ones that have happened:
    Lesnar vs Couture
    Penn vs Edgar
    king Mo vs Mousasi (just too early)
    Melendez vs Aoki
    Shogun vs Machida
    Couture vs Coleman (Just way too late)


    Ones that have not happened:
    King Mo vs Rampage (This fight will happen before years end. Watch Mo become Mayhem millers wrestling coach on TUF)
    GSP vs Diaz at UFC 137
    Florian vs Aldo
    Velazquez vs Oveream (or whomever wins the tournament)
    Silva vs Mousasi (Please make Mousasi drop back down for this)
    Edgar vs Melendez (both guys with ton of heart!)
    Khartinov vs Dos Santos
    Fitch vs Shields (grappling clinic)
    Jones vs Machida (someting tells me that Machida could give Bones problems)
