ESPN looking into starting MMA reality show?

That would be great I am happy that they are looking into using featherweights. Those guys dont get recognized often and have trouble finding places to fight but there are a lot of talented guys at that weight and they put on exciting fights.

Sounds like it would a reality show that I could actually get into. Why would they put it on their Spanish channel instead of English, though? I suppose the fights would be cool regardless of language but it would be nice to be able to understand what's being said.

In an official statement, ESPN’s communications department stated “ESPN is not developing any MMA programming on our English-language networks. However, ESPN Deportes is in the early development stages of an MMA program.”

I don't get it ... why on Deportes and not an English-language network?
