I take the following criteria into consideration when determining rank:

• UFC win-loss record
• Wins over higher ranked opponents
• Losses to lower ranked opponents
• Consecutive fights won since last loss
• Average consecutive fights won between losses
• Fighter popularity (I.E Brock Lesnar getting a title shot early in his UFC career, because of his super-stardom)
• Fighter performance in last fight
