Real nice article on Sean Sherk, who always seems to be the forgotten man in a sense of the UFC. I think he beats Franca tonight pretty easily, and then hopefully sets up a showdown with BJ (which I think he'll lose) which should be a good fight regardless.

Video of Sherk's "caveman training" from the All Access special that aired on Spike the other night. Suffice it to say, I don't think he'll be gassing.

Thanks for the clip, I must say, that's one hell of a workout! I agree on the not gassing, but sometimes cutting 25 lbs. can have a negative effect on your so called "wind".

From last night. I think you'd be hard pressed to find many who wouldn't have gone to sleep from this knee and some of the others that Sherk caught. Dude has a HARD freakin head.

Ditto! I don't know what 55 pounder will ever be able to take him out. But I'm sure there is one.

They apparently confirmed him and BJ for a fight in the fall, as I said in my first post BJ is the only 55 in the UFC that I could see beating Sherk, and after watching him against Hermes I'm not as sure as I was before.
