Just received my latest issue of Amateur Wrestling News,
and was saddened to learn of the passing of RONNIE CLINTON,
1962 NCAA 167 lb champ for the Oklahoma State Cowboys.

After graduating from Oklahoma State in 1962, Ronald Howard Clinton taught and coached at Tucson High School for five years, then coached at Eastern Illinois University (Charleston) from 1974-1984, producing six NCAA champs and 45 All-Americans in Division II competition.

Clinton died in a Springfield (Illinois) nursing home November 6. He was 69 years old.
