    Men 55 pounds, short and 10.

    Ok so my sister is(look at the title) and never has been to a tournament. She wants to go to wrestle and is probley a novice, she knows how to do takedowns. She likes to put legs in and power half. Also she is learning to crab ride. She just needs to work bottom more to be ready but is there anything else I should tell her about wrestling? What about being a girl and wrestling?

    Encourage her! Wrestling is becoming more and more popular with women. There is women's wrestling at the colligiate level and internationally, including the Olympics.
