Snackems' list of American Heroes does not include Viet Nam War Medal of Honor winner, Tommy Noonan who wrestled at Hunter College; Silver Star winner, Doug Zembiec (The Lion of Fallujah), who was an All-American at the Naval Academy; and former high school wrestlers Patrick Lybert (Silver Star) and Jared Monti (Medal of Honor) who were both killed in the same engagement in Afghanistan in 2006.
