    Default Looking for a good Instructional DVD...

    Hey guys,


    I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on a good instructional set that focuses on takedowns, takedown defense, and solid fundamentals. Any suggestions?

    Gene Mills series breaks it down very good for the younger wrestlers... Have copies, looking to trade for Granby series DVDs
