    I'm looking for a 'beginner friendly' club in the Mansfield area for my 9 year old son. Anybody have suggestions?

    Javismom,

    I think I've found a good one in Midlothian TX (lookup Midlothian Youth Wrestling). They practice Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday. I've been to 2 practices. They are serious about wrestling, but not overzealous...I really like them for my inexperienced son. They have adequate adult staff to circulate & help out (I am going to asst coach for them also).

    Contact them ASAP if you are interested. They may close off enrollment soon.
