Wrestling: A Boy's First Book
How do you introduce a child to the sport of wrestling? Many kids discover wrestling from a brother, dad or neighbor who wrestled ... or from attending wrestling events. For those without these personal connections, now there's another option that's very much "by the book" -- Wrestling: A Boy's First Book by William Bauer, written to anticipate and answer questions from 7-9 year-olds and their parents who are new to wrestling. InterMat's Mark Palmer recently talked to Bauer about his book ... and his own introduction to the sport.

NOTE: I really enjoyed the book, and think it would be a great holiday gift idea for a son, grandson, nephew or friend who might like to take up wrestling...
