Looking for Blind and Visually Impaired Wrestlers I am the judo development coordinator for the US Association of Blind Athletes and USA Judo and we are looking for blind and visually impaired wrestlers who might be interested in learning the sport of judo. Judo and wrestling are very closely related, as they both employ throws and pins. However, for the visually impaired, judo is a sport in the Paralympic Games, while wrestling is not. Re: Looking for Blind and Visually Impaired Wrestlers There currently aren't enough countries with active wrestling programs for the blind. I know periodically they apply, but no dice yet! Blind wrestlers will have to come to the dark side!
