    Default How do i get in shape for wrestling?

    hey you guys, im planning on joining wrestling sometime my senior year (09-2010) wen i move to utah. I need and want to get into shape now and maintain it.....any advice?

    so many ppl ask that saying "i'll get ready this year so i can join next year". Just join. going to the pratices will be conditioning enough, you dont need to prepare a year ahead just join NOW, doesnt matter if its in the middle of the season or near the end.
