Hey everyone, i really need some help with cutting weight. Honestly I suck at cutting weight.Its easy to say "im cutting weight" but hard to actually do it.
Currently i weigh 131 on the dot and im planning on weighing 120 within 2-3weeks.
Could someone please pleaseee tell me a good and effective diet that i can use before the season , which starts in 2 weeks.
