Obviously this is a very opinion-based question, but my favorites...

Andy Cote vs. Bryan Snyder, possibly the best high school match I've ever watched. Just from looking at these guys you know they are incredibly high level. Low scoring, but no lack of action.

College match? Kyle Dake vs. Frank Molinaro, NCAA finals, of course...just kidding.

Damion Hahn vs. Jon Trenge, 2002 or 2003, don't really remember...Jayson Ness and Daniel Dennis in 2010 finals...Lincoln McIlravy vs Stephen Abas, 1993 finals. Those are some that stick out in my mind, I'm sure I know others.
