171, went against a rookie. I'm a 4 year experienced wrestler. Anyways, I cut 5 lbs the night before for this match and we didn't even weight in? Wth? I just found out it was a scrimage. Either way, the match starts, and this dude has long legs and I kept faking him out but for some reason didn't slide under. 2nd round I was referees position, stood up, got an escape, and took him down. Anyways, 3 rounds were up, I won 8-0....BUT THE MATCH WAS SO SLOW. I did absolutely nothing! I didn't even move. It's so not like me. My friends told me I won but I didn't do a thing, I myself wasn't even breathing hard by the end. Anyways, time to get serious since I want to make it to state this year, got to train hard, but I think it's because of the 3 hour wait I had that made me a little sleepy. WHat do you think and suggest for this not to happen next time since I am going up against some top notch opponents? Thanks. Peace.
