    3 pounds isn't even a cut its your normal body weight fluctuation. If you are walking around at 128 before season without practicing every day you could probably even go 119, but I'd suggest building onto your frame to where you're about 129-131 after a hard Monday practice and cutting to 125 from there.

    Yeah, I'll think about that. I actually have been practicing in the summer, but I'll see how everything goes this week.
