Does anybody know how I can lose about 10-12 lbs, without losing much strength?
If you have some body fat to lose... exercise more, eat less. Pretty straightforward lately. If you're pretty lean and you have to CUT 10 lbs, and you are in high school... don't
. . . and eat the right foods. Look for fat content on packages and avoid foods that are higher. Eat lean meats. I was once told to avoid anything that ends in "-itos."
Don't crash diet - eat right and exercise all the time and you'll make your ideal wrestling weight relatively easily.
