    I wrestle heavyweight in high school and a lot of my matches come down to who is in the best shape, besides actual wrestling what sort of activities would be good to get me in shape? Thankyou

    Calisthenics and running are a few to start with.

    In wrestling practice drill very intense. Intense and hard drilling.
