i think the host country should be able to send a full squad regardless. That's how it was in the past. Not sure when they stopped.

I agree completely -there always exists a chance that on that one day you are in a zone and don't even know how you are wrestling that well but you are -
At this level every match is a chess match and all it takes is for your opponent to make one mistake or for you to ''see' a mate 4 moves ahead .
