It is kind of contradicting for me to see him do endurance drills under a title "8 minutes away". How much edurance do you need to wrestle for 2 minutes, then 30 sec break, then another 2 minutes?

I'm not sure the people at Ohio State really care about what you think of their choice of titles as they follow Tommy's training.
