I think all of the vidoes show more of a De Ashi Harai than a Sasae.
Sasae is rare to see in competition even in Judo and I would think even harder in to do in wrestling without a Gi to grip. See the link below for De Ashi Harai

who is the dominant country in judo?

Japan is the best country in both Mens and Womens Judo, but there are many other excellent teams, including counries tyhaty have excellenty wrestling such as Russia and a lot of the former Soviet Republics especially Georgia, both S. and N. Korea, Cuba, Iran, Turkey.
The difference is that many European countries without world class wrestling have top teams such as England, Belgium, France, Holland.

One of the few counies with good wresling and no real Judo is he US.
