So do any of you know how much did Karelin train during his prime? I have read from he's homepage that in the basic season he trained 6 days a week, monday-tuesday running and wrestling, wendesday wrestler's basketball, thursday-friday running and wrestling and saturday soccer.
During the preperation for the big tournaments he trained two to three times per day.
So Iam just wondering that he didn't train so much during basic season, only one evening training session 4 days a week. What do you think?
Also, why he didn't ever use any standing moves, like armbars or something like that.
And do any of you know how much does he bench?
