Having two guys like Otarsultanov and Burroughs win Olympic Gold today kind of flies in the face of the "freestyle is boring, all they do is push and wait for the ball draw" argument that some people (though not really anyone here) like to make.

Yes, and I'll admit I'm not as much of a fan of freestyle since the newer rule changes (best of 3 periods, clinches, ball grabs, etc) but this shows that this is still a sport won by offense (aka "bouncing around, jabbing the head and spazzing out" I guess) and that this style should win within the conservative, defense-oriented game it has become.
Now, all we have to do is teach everyone on the team to wrestle like Burroughs.
