In case Kolat is serious in his comeback what are his chances at trials?

I'll say third for now, I think its going to take some more time for him to really get back into the swing of things again. Results from the Open were obviously very promising for him with his only loss being to Espo. We'll just have to see, I can't say I'd be shocked if he took the whole thing.
He certainly does not have the conditioning that he used to have. I would love to see him win it, but I am skeptical.
I agree with Jensen, if he can get some of that old Kolat offensive intensity and confidence back he used to have anythings possible. Then again he might win the WTT had then have it overturned.
I'm going with 1st. I think he is going to train (or continue to train) like a maniac. He wouldn't come back if he wasn't going balls-out.
He wrestled 8 matches. You have to be in a decent shape to do that.
Did anyone else finish top 4 out of those that had to wrestle in a qualification tourney?
The new rules actually cater to those with less endurance.
I like Kolat's chances as long as it doesn't go to the protest.
I wish I could kick Matt Dragon in the balls. In his Dragonballz.
If Sharpie helps him out and lets him take a leave and still pay him his salary (sponsor), so he can still make a living and train ...he will be our guy in 08 without a doubt!
How do you figure it takes less conditioning to wrestle the whole tournamen in one day? Not much time to recuperate. I don't know the exact amount of time you get to rest, but I think it's an hour or less.
