    Hi i was wondering if anyone had any good techniques of cutting weight good/fast? Please help me out

    bro never think about cutting weight fast.
    just forget about it or skip your match.
    or do the match in a higer class.
    its all about feeling good.
    how do you feel.
    You rather feel good and lose in a stronger class than win or lose and feel weak all the time..

    Fast, as in 24 hours fast?

    Shave you head, pubes, pits, legs and arms. Take a hot shower and wrap yourself in plastic and sweats all night. Suck on Life Savers and spit for about 5 hours and you might lose 3-1/2 Lbs.

    Just kidding. Mangae your diet and work out. It takes time and effort.

    Crap... I should have finished reading your post first. By the way, I lost only 3 pounds on your little plan up there.

    Unless your name is Gene Mills, there is no way to safely lose a lot of weight at the last moment. Go up a weight and concentrate on wrestling technique and conditioning.
