    does any one have some good tips on lossing weight? i weigh 125 but am trying to get to 119.

    eat good food. eat less. work out often. If you can't do it that way then it's too much weight to pull.
    To avoid criticism say nothing, do nothing, be nothing.

    6 pound is very easy , last time i`m cutting 20 pound for World Championships

    how much weight do you think i can lose by just running with sweats and stuff on cuz i have to drop the 6 pounds in a little over 20 days now for my weight certification.
