Made the semi's before dropping a match to the Turk 2-0/1-0 then came back and won 1-0/0-1/1-0 in the match for Bronze.

Jeremy Johnson to his credit also made the semi's at heavyweight, he also was defeated there by a Turkish wrestler.

He would go on to lose his bronze medal match and finish 5th.

Jason Chamberlain also takes 5th. A much better performance by today's squad than yesterday's.

At least they were in the neighborhood. 1 medal though, not good.

What are the age limits for this tourney? If we had sent our best I think it'd be different

Yeah... You would think everyone who had a legitimate shot would try out for the junior world team. I don't understand why guys like JO, Stieber and Howe wouldn't. Someone asked John Smith why Chris Perry wasn't at the Sr. WTT and he said he was focusing on junior worlds because it was a plenty tough tourney and he hadn't won that yet.

JO lost to chamberlain in the challenge tourni. i heard a tom or maybe terry brands interview talking about this and he said most dont know how tough this tourni is. they all think that they are above it or something, but its not like they actually know, their just ignorant. this is a tourni where future senior world champs are. i dont know how these guys pass this up
