Ya sorry it is taking so long, I just got back home from college (9 hour road trip with my dad). Then I have been bed-ridden with a cold all day. I have a pick I want to make but I want to hear a reply from R.Payton concerning a trade first.

Not if we'd set some ground rules and give guys 1 hour from the time they are up to pick with an e-mail and text notice. If they miss they can pick up a sandwich pick in between rounds by sending in a list of a few guys they want or by being ready when they know they are close to being up. For example, I'm going in to work today with a list of 8 guys. My pick is in 7 turns so I'm ginna have at least one of them available. When someone texts or e-mails me, then I should be ready. I doesn't have to be this hard but we're a bunch of nice guys so I'm sure I'll get the call at 9 on on 12/24 that my 2nd pick is up.
