My adding Nevinger was in effect my claim. The only people who had a right to claim him over me were Buck, GBR and vais. GBR and vais didn't, so Buck gets him.

If I was paying attention I would have claimed him. He had a broken hand right before the season started and very little mat time before the wrestleoff/Binghamton Open and probably shouldn't have wrestled that weekend. He looked good again last weekend.

I figured you would have if you had thought of it. I wasn't out to deceive anyone, but at the same time I didn't feel the need to alert everyone to the fact that they had the right to steal my add/drop.
