Is Ed Ruth worth a 4th rd keeper?

1. We're going to simplify the process for the keeper rule this year. Starting this year all keepers will cost you a three round penalty from where you drafted them last year. Meaning a guy picked in Rounds 1-3 can't be kept the following year. Round 4 will cost you your 1st rounder the following year, Round 5 your second, so on and so forth.

Yeah thats crazy and somewhat confusing.

I was pretty much joking about my Ed question as hes a top 3 overall guy coming into this year, so round 4 will obviously be insane value.

I'd wait and pick him up in round 5 or 6. Doesn't score enough bonus points and isn't even a returning finalist at his current weight.
