Default Week 6 standings thru 12/14

    1. Tigerfan- 449 points
    2. RD149-2- 388 points
    3. Zapp Brannigan- 374 points
    4. Gold- 373 points
    5. sgallan- 366 points
    6. MatEater- 360 points
    7. Herkey # 1- 327 points
    8. architeuthis- 320 points
    9. accboy- 312 points
    10t. r.payton@att.net- 303 points
    10t. Champ Kind- 303 points
    12. vaisforlovers- 212 points

The vaunted tigerfan has taken a small lead, with a pack of contenders jumbled in the 2nd thru 6th slots. The next 5 are all grouped together, with r.payton having surged into the top 10! vaisforlovers stands a distant last, which may be partially related to the fact that he never comes here, and every week his lineup included a hole at 174 and Colby COvington at 165. I can't be sure though.

Not a lot going on this week, besides Reno. Next week almost nothing, are you going to make next weeks lineup good for two weeks to include Midlands/Scuffle? That will be the make or break week. After that, nothing but the occasional dual. Midlands/Scuffle performances will determine if anyone has a chance to catch me.

    125 Donahoe - Scuffle - Probable seed #1
    133 Baker - Scuffle - Probable seed #1
    141 Drouin - Midlands - Probable seed #4
    149 Brown - Midlands - Probable seed #4
    157 Gillespie - Scuffle - Probable seed #1
    165 Marable - Midlands - Probable seed #4 (Ha!)
    174 Jordan - Midlands - Probable seed #2
    184 Caputo - Midlands - Probable seed #2
Hwt Ellis - Midlands - Probable seed #2
Flex Sentes or Bell - Midlands

    Good luck to all!

It would be fun to be at the Midlands seeding meeting . I've seen coaches come to blows before -141 and 149 you're seeds may be a bit high with all the big 10 teams talking about weighted schedules and blah blah...Marable should be #1 , but he'll probably get a 3 seed -165 will have Smith-Bergstrand from Ill.,stewart from CMU,Howe , Morningstar ,Kendal.Young, Manuel-the ODU kid -a rather loaded class-and those are off the top of my head -plus mostly big 10 schools .

    125 -Precin #3 seed Midlands
    133 Kubec #8 seed Midlands
    141 Hernandez -#9 seed Midlands
    149 Ruschell-#3 seed -Midlands
    157 Kinser #5 seed -Midlands
165 -Stewart and Howe -?? -Midlands
174 Trotman #3 seed Southern Scuffle
    184 -Patterson -#1 seed -Scuffle
    197 -Orozco-#4 seed -Scuffle
    Hwt -Massey #3 seed -Midlands

Don't quote me on this being my final line up as I may wrestle someone else -I wish Todd were healthy .

    tigerfan,

You realize the scores are reset for NCAA's, right? All that matters is being top 6, then we're in a 6 way scramble.

i'm just trying to be one of the 6 -the NCAA's will take care of themselves -Tigerfan has only 3-4 AA's -if todd somehow comes back i'd have an outside shot -otherwise ...realistically 133, 149 and 184 are sewn up by one or two individuals -with the success Motningstar is having at 165 do you think they're going to bump him down to that meat grinder at 157 ? That would leave you and Reader in a difficult spot .

I have M* and Reader at 165 AND Jantzen and Tsirtsis at 141. Probably should trade one of those, lol.

A nice problem to have -but you could benefit yourself in another weight class with a trade .

Are you insane? Donahoe, Baker, Gillespie, Marable, Jordan, Caputo are all returning AA's. Plus Ellis that's 8 likely AA's. Drouin/Hoehn and Brown are outside shots, but possible.

I didn't count Donahoe because I'm not aware if he is officially eligable , and Baker has'nt wrestled in a while so I can't count someone who is hurt -Caputo is at 184 -Northwestern or Ohio State will win that class . I see a 149 lber that will lose to Metcalf eventually leaving you with 3 possible champions G,M, and J-but with Luke coming back ?
I might well be insane .
