Thread: Yo Commish

    Default Yo Commish

    Need two things from ya!

First, in regards to sgallan's first week scoring. He didn't post a line-up or anything, so do the points count?

Second, could we set a default line-up in case someone doesn't get their line-up in on time for each week? Not many line-ups will change very much throughout the season and it would be nice knowing you have the defaults in in case you can't adjust it.

    Thank you kind sir.
I will smash your face into a car windshield and then take your mother, Dorothy Mantooth, out to a nice seafood dinner and never call her again!

Tell me about it, this morning, I woke up and I shit a squirrel, but what I can't get is the damn thing is still alive. So now, I've got a shit covered squirrel running around my office and I don't know what to name it.

I think that's a great idea for both Leagues and will also bring it to Jensens attentions. Ha, Ha.

I like the default line up idea. If Scott didn't post a line up in the first week, then I suppose he gets no score at this point.

Nobody told me too. Tell you what...... for the rest of the season just run my starting line-up by default and I will check and see how I did at the end of the season....

Or if somebody else wants in they can have my line-up.

Did some investigation, and Scott had this down:

Looks like I got Fendone Ht for some duals today.

Oh BSU wrestled so Hochstrasser, Lee, and Smith obviously.
Give him those points. It was the first week, after all.

This is what I don't like about fantasy leagues. There's always one person who can't be asked to follow the rules, then wants to whine and cry when they don't get their way, or threaten to quit altogether. That's so selfish. How much time did we all invest waiting for Scott to make his picks? He just disregards our investment in him and gives up. Oh okay Scott, you can have the points. Winning is important to me, I'm competitive and don't deny it. So do I get penalized by stating 149 for Kinser? That's fine, I knew the rules and can live with it. I won't threaten to quit trying after the first partial week. Good Lord! (or flying spaghetti monster)!

Calm yourself down. He had put a line up (partial) in anyways. Scott was pretty good about his picks, we didn't have to wait that long on him. There wwere other players where we had long waits, Scott was usually pretty on the ball. Personal attacks on the guy aren't helpful.
