The recruiting landscape is much better in Ohio, though. Plus, he gets a chance to help write the Golden Age chapters of OSU history. That would not be the case at ISU.

Really, I don't see any reason he would want to go to ISU. I don't think it's happening. It wouldn't surprise me as much Cael to PSU has, though. I could see Heskett going to ISU because it's his alma mater, but all his family is in Ohio. Who knows what he would do.

I bet you would love to see tOSU lose their new star coach, though.

You would think tOSU athletic department would have a far bigger budget than ISU.

    ISU:
Would the Clones be interested in Terry Brands?

I don't see why not. Well I do, but at this point, what have we got to lose? I personally would give it a shot, but I have no idea how the Athletics Department and boosters feel about it.

Wiltz - I don't remember where I read it, but there was something about there being a small number of positions Terry would be willing to take. I'd have to imagine this is one he would think about, but I don't know if he'd take it. Certainly would be interesting though.
You do the math..... I'll do the alfredo!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

I would be more surprised if Terry turned it down if he had the chance.
He is competitive and I assume does not want to be an asistant for his whole life. Iowa State is one of the very top situations in collegiate wrestling.
These oppurtunities don't come up alot. I imagine if he sees the chance he would grab it.

Terry is a Hawkeye, born and bred. I really cannot see him taking the ISU position. In-state against his twin brother. The more I think about it the more I am sure he wouldn't take it.

Not at all, you misunderstand me. I DID say it to fire you up a little, but I certainly see your arguments for why he would prefer Ohio State, and personally, I don't care who coaches where as long as I've got great coaches in Tom Brands and Pat Santoro coaching the school's I root for, everyone else can sort themselves out. I'm not rooting for anyone to go anywhere, although Ryan leaving would be the next most explosive thing to happen after Cael leaving.
Jacob Schlottke---Gone too soon, and the world is a little less bright because of it. RIP, brother.

One, two, Evans is coming for you...
