The Brute Adidas Studios of TDR have been busy over the last couple of weeks and it looks like it will continue to get more so. Stay tuned for further developments.

This week we salute those that competed in Las Vegas over the weekend and those that look to earn a place on the World Team May 30th and 31st in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Our scheduled guests include:

Gregory Sirb executive director of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission since 1990. In 1985, Greg's master's degree is from Penn State University, State College, and he holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Edinboro University. He joined the State Athletic Commission in 1990, after serving as a senior analyst for the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Council Corporation. A native of Sharon, PA, Greg is a member of the Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. Recently PA sanctioned MMA events allowing their athletes to work within the state. This is a major step for Pennsylvania and its athletes.

Mark Ellis- Heavy Weight for the Tigers of Missouri. Mark became only the 2nd NCAA Champion in Tiger Wrestling history and he did it in his backyard,St. Louis, Missouri. It was a drama filled heavy weight battle as previous number 1 ranked Ellis faced off against Duke Blue Devil Konrad Dudziak. The Blue Devil is the first in the programs history to make it to the finals. He ends the season with a loss to the 2nd seed Ellis. The Tigers went on to make history as they crowned 5 All Americans, the programs best finish.

Steve Luke- (174 pound NCAA Champion) 2 X NCAA Champion Luke, known more for his positioning than his attacks on the mat silently stalked Mike Miller and scored the win for the Wolverines punctuating the night with a quick hug for his coach Joe McFarland. McFarland.

Franklin Gomez- (133 pounds) March 21st Franklin Gomez became the first Michigan State NCAA Champion since Kelvin Jackson in 1995. His performance was a much needed shot in the arm for Tom Minkel and his Spartans. "Gomez showed great composure," Said Minkel in speaking of the 2x All American.
