Those two are going to have some battles the next couple of years if they stay at the same weight

Collica definitely seems like he could grow into a larger weight, I'm still not convinced that Zain is a full-sized 141.

Feikert was beaten by Martin on Saturday and did not make the finals of the wrestle off. Boyd also beat Krutchmer on Saturday before beating Rogers.

I heard about the Crutchmer result which surprises me. Not shocked at all with Feikart going down. I still believe in Kyle, I don't want that whole recruiting class to go bust. If you're gonna take your lumps take them early, like Colemon Scott

I mean in our own room I've seen surprising freshmen take down the expected senior and hyped freshmen struggle their first year. You never know what is gonna happen in college wrestling

I don't know anything about Nolan Boyd, but I've seen Jordan Rogers struggle some against the very physical, bruiser-type wrestlers. I am surprised and a little shocked that it looks like he won't be in the starting line-up.

Rogers was the definition of mediocrity last year as a redshirt.

From watching him in high school him struggling surprises me very little.

I had to chuckle when intermat ranked him to start the year.

I'm interested to see how Chandler does competing in Oklahoma. We discussed a little bit of the Washington bubble world on TOM. I never really understood why Rogers had so much hype to begin with, all of his matches I saw he didn't look like a future star. Honestly to my highly unqualified eyes he appeared to have several flaws in his technique that wouldn't stand up in college. But he is still young, still has plenty of years ahead of him and I have no reason to give up on him yet. If that staff could turn Blake Rosholt into an All-American then they can do the same for Rodgers
