Entertaining read, Falcon, and as accurate as these kind of things usually are. I'm sure you will be called out for your Hawkeye hatred in not picking any Iowa champs.
"He beat nobodies..Thorn at 133 won't be great, R12 or worse imo...
    I just don't see it...David Thorn is not elite. I don't think he'll place"

If any Hawkeye wins it next year it will be Ramos

I'm not as brash about saying Jesse won't win as you are, but it wouldn't surprise me at all.

Waters is RSing and going 133 next year anyways. Don't get your Klimara hate. He looked pretty tough last year for a true Freshman. Laughed at the Illuminati reference.

Don't quite get the Graff call. Ramos has never lost to anyone he's beaten before. Won both times, yes they were close, but Ramos was just the better guy in my opinion.

I like Stieber over Maple, but it'll be close. I like Durso too.

Hunter is redshirting. I don't give Sakaguchi much of a shot to win, but this will easily be the weakest weight this year.
Tshirts could place, but he's not ready to win this. Nowhere near enough offense. And he will be at 149 I believe. He lost to Lazor and Henderson last year. Not sure what makes him such a sure thing in your mind, but that's fine.

Don't hate the Dieringer pick, but I think you're giving him a bit too much credit. DSJ wins close matches, you acknowledge that much. So a close match with DSJ shouldn't give some tremendous hope. I also think it is presumptuous to assume Dieringer beats Welch who has significantly more better wins than Dieringer. That's neither here nor there. Dieringer is excellent and good enough to win, but some areas I think you're giving him too much credit. But they're your team, so it's all good. Not sure how Alton placing in the top 4 is such a requirement for PSU to win considering he was in the Round of 12 last year and they won and their team could possibly be better this year.

I get the feeling the DT to 174 talk is more rumor than anything. He seemed to get great enjoyment out of embarrassing Caldwell(even though TC tried to snap his leg). Caldwell is probably the favorite to win 65 if that happens though. Is Pena going 65 this year? That'd be the first I'd heard.

Even with Howe and DT at 174 I don't think it beats the: Metcalf, Bubba, Caldwell, Burroughs, Schlatter,OConnor, Churella, Palmer weight of 149 in 2008. But you said "one of the best" not definitively the best. I just wanted to bring up how absurd that weight was. Also Heflin is going 197.

I think Steinhaus is the number 2 guy at this weight next year despite what happened last year at NCAA's.

I'd be pretty freaking shocked if Rosholt made the finals. He's lost pretty consistently to Schiller and he lost to something called Kyle Reid last year 10-4. 97 isn't great though and Rosholt I suppose is on that tier. He's good enough to beat most of the guys, but 4 straight matches? What if Kyle Reid is on his side of the bracket!?

I think Marsden will be really solid as well. Felix won't make the finals, but that was probably a joke on your part. Though Nelson will be more decorated than Konrad, I don't think he is as good personally.

    Good job by you.

In my mind all Cowboys are disappointments until the place in the top 4

Well with Graff I am thinking back to Robles. Going into his senior year Robles could not have been considered the favorite at all, but throughout the whole year you could tell this is his year. I am getting that feeling from Graff but I would bet money on him

I am just a big Tshirt fan, he just rubs me the right way

I short DSJ because he is from Iowa and therefore an inferior person to Dieringer haha

Pena is a guess, you know me, I haven't heard jacksh** about anything, I don't think DT moves up and I would put money on it

149 in 08 was incredible, no argument there

Blake is a Rosholt, his job is to suck all year then win NCAA's

outside of Nelson all of heavyweight is a joke haha. But ya I basically don't like any of the field. I was still a kid when Konrad beat Mocco and I swear to God my dad nearly beat me he was so mad haha

Thanks for the kind words, as I say constantly I have nowhere near enough facts to back anything up. I just have a good sixth sense for guessing, called every final result except for 157 last year on my brackets even though I couldn't dream of explaining how I did it other then luck.

I mean I guess, but going into that last year, Robles hadn't lost twice to McD or Precin.

Girl with green in her hair (yes I know she isn't exactly our dream girl). She goes by Angelina Mylee, you can find her on twitter. Ignore the fact that I was obviously distracted by one of the many attractive girls you can find at regattas in Cleveland and thus ignored the camera.
