Anyone have a feel for these matches? To me it looks like Michigan has a distinct advantage, but Badgers are pretty much at full strength now showing much improvement.

Could be referring to Va Tech's Yates who had been ranked #4 at 165.

I'm not sure where the rankings came from and there was some confusion on the board I copied it from where they came from, but I can't imagine that Grajales is 6th ranked in the Big 10 or that Apland is #11 out of 12 teams.
