I really thought Pearsall would be a top 15-20 guy for Penn St, but at least in the early going that doesnt seem to be the case.

Many of those pins for PSU came in reasonably close matches. I actually expected Neff to beat Pearsall (Neff was a very successful high school wrestler and I'm sure had many more offers on the table outside of Lock Haven). I'm sure this was a much bigger match for Lock Haven than it was for PSU...

It is confusing. The LHSU Kemerer, who wrestled for PSU 2 years ago at 165, has just one "m". The Penn Kemmerer (and some others) have 2 "m's".

I didn't see the match, but listened to it. I heard (and read) that Lock Haven came to wrestle and (sorry Russ) but they showed a lot more fight than Indiana did. Waller got his guys ready to go! Rehm started it off getting the opening TD on Megaludis.

IMO, the best one yet is on his way up. If PSU lands him in two years it will be the rich getting richer

Has any Penn State wrestler faced a ranked opponent this season besides when Mega lost to Zanetta? Is Mega the only one?
"He beat nobodies..Thorn at 133 won't be great, R12 or worse imo...
    I just don't see it...David Thorn is not elite. I don't think he'll place"
