Can't wait for Sunday!! Before it was announced that Patterson, Howe, and Rutt were redshirting, I really thought this was the year OU knocked off OSU. Unfortunately, this dual will be an utter beat-down. Next year, OU wins....this year, OU gets destroyed. For OU to have any chance of winning, they need 3 of the 4 (125, 133, 157, and 184) and hold off some bonus points from Oliver, Caldwell, Perry, and Z. I'll give OU 133 and 157, but this could definately be a 30+ to 7 dual.My prediction...125 Tyler Dorrell Dec Kyle Garcia (3-0 OSU)133 Cody Brewer Dec Jon Morrison (3-3)141 Kendric Maple MD Julian Feikert (3-7 OU)149 Jordan Oliver MD Nick Lester (7-7)157 Matt Lester Dec Alex Dieringer (7-10 OU)165 Tyler Caldwell Dec Patrick Graham (10-10)174 Chris Perry TF Matt Reed (15-10 OSU)184 Chris Chionuma Dec Greg Wilson (18-10 OSU)197 Blake Rosholt Dec Brad Johnson (21-10 OSU)285 Alan Gelogaev Pin Keldrick Hall (27-10 OSU)

IF OU had Patterson, Howe & Rutt this year, they win all of those weights instead of losing them. If you reverse Kreisel's predictions And (which seem pretty reasonable) that would make it 19-16 OU. I suspect Patterson would get at least a MD, so it would be 20-16 OU.

I will be surprised if Dorrell wins, I am really excited to see how Dieringer does though

I'm not so sure Howe would win. He's a horse but he'd have Caldwell or Perry (I'd love to see both matches) and definitely have his hands full.

I grant you that both Caldwell and Perry are both studs. I was figuring that Howe would still be at 174 as he was projected for this year. I just don't see Perry beating Howe. I think Caldwell could give him more problems and though a Howe win isn't a guarantee, I would definitely favor Howe over Caldwell in a low scoring bout. Just MO.

No clue how Perry would score on Howe. Howe is a world class wrestler.

And with Howe being healthy I don't see how Caldwell would ever beat him again either.

Even without the redshirts, this is an interesting duals. Don't count out the Sooners.
