Round of 12
Re: Joe Colon
I don't necessarily disagree with you, I think more tournaments should be counted but to compare the UNI Open to the Penn State Open is a little bit of a stretch.

Dutch has set the benchmark for the NLO even with the ridiculous Penn State's guys don't count stipulation.

Re: Joe Colon
Why? So we can debate which redshirts would or wouldn't be ranked? Don't sweat it. I'll just change leagues rather than try to debate you on everything. I'd prefer the drop/add concept anyway so I don't get stuck with 4 125s for half a season bc of injuries, redshirts, suspensions etc. No big deal. I said I don't blame anyone but given my choices I'll go with the league that's a bit more interactive and forward thinking next year.

Re: Joe Colon
I don't dislike our supplemental setup, but I have wondered if maybe a drop/add system might be worth a try for next year. It seems like it works quite well in Gold's league

Re: Joe Colon
I'm not wedded to the concept (I'm wedded to very few things) if people want to dump the supplemental for a year we'd figure things out.

NO!! I"m depending upon the supplemental to take first place. Get rid of it next year, not this year. My entire strategy this year was to draft badly, trade poorly and then kick all of your asses in the supplemental!!

Re: Joe Colon
In the Gilby league we have decided to count every match your guy wrestles next year. It becomes to problematic trying to set a lineup not knowing who is going to wrestle in some of these early season gigs.

Re: Joe Colon
The supplemental would come in handy one week after we drafted, as information was coming in, we could potentially set up a round or two supplemental, it would take like an hour.
Then from there go to a 5 drop/add system perhaps? Ten seems like a LOT and you'd have a hard time managing that piece of it. And no, I meant for next year, not this year. I've already made my bed, now I need to lie in it.

Re: Joe Colon
I started out in Zapp's league and the add/drops saved my ass. Maybe we could incorporate the supp by having say 3-5 drop adds ? I had no way of knowing Koehn would lose his spot nor Martinez would start a life of crime, a few drop adds would have been invaluable.
